I would like to start off by saying that the best Extender is great product for what it is intended for very well-built and comfortable as well as they took the time to build this extender for our safety and comfort in mind I've tried the other and for me this one is Top's great job Best Extender.

I own a few other brands and models, best extender is by far the best design and the most comfortable for long periods use.
Also the quality is very good.
There is still a little room for improvement but currently is for sure the best there is.
