No Returns on Opened Products

Once the product has been opened or used, we cannot accept returns and no refunds will be issued. This is to ensure the health, safety, and comfort of all our customers.

Returns (If Approved)

If a return is granted at our discretion for an unopened product, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Returned items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
Please contact us before returning any item to receive authorization.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your Epic Extender arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the product, with clear photos and a description of the issue.

180-Day Money Back Guarantee

We are confident in the effectiveness of the Epic Extender. That’s why we offer a 180-day money back guarantee, under the following conditions:

  • The user must have used the Epic Extender consistently for 1 to 2 hours per day for 180 consecutive days.

  • All sessions must be logged in the "PE Trainer" app.

  • Progress photos must be submitted every month throughout the 180-day period.

  • If no measurable results are achieved after meeting these requirements, the user is eligible for a full refund.

To apply for the money-back guarantee, please contact our support team within 10 days after the 180-day period ends, along with your app usage logs and progress photos.
