- Due to the nature of the product we do not accept returns however we do offer replacements and refunds for defective items.

- If the item is defective, you will be asked to email a description and photo evidence of the defective part. In the case that the matter is agreed to, the choice will be your for a replacement to be sent (all charges covered) or a refund.

- If the item you received is the wrong item or size ordered on your part, we will simply confirm the right part, item or size to send straight away (all costs covered). Please note: If you receive the size you ordered then you realize it doesn't fit 100%, we are not liable since we have fulfilled the size according to the order. In which case you may need to order the larger or smaller size yourself. We are more than happy to guide you to find the best size.

the product in on itself is pretty solid i give it a 7,5/10 (only flaw would be the sillicone stuff that is a lot less durable than i thought and when it arrived it already had a little bit of a ripped part of it and i know the technique has to be great when you put it on bot i belive i did it greatly did so multiple times and still a few months and it started giving out and ripping apart)

So a little hik-up with shipping. But that has passed. This is by far the best leg stretcher on the market. This thing is badass that is the only way to describe it. I have tried so many. Where were you in my beginning. This and the extender are definitely worth the money. Damn is all I have. And it cost me 10.80 on my end. Still worth it. Rock on dude

Exceeded expectation

This item is actually really well built. You can see how much thought came into it. I really like the quick release switch on the strap and the fact you can adjust the cord to give more or less slack.

The cord comes with 5 markings that each represent 1lb of force, I was able to comfortably do manual labor outside at a few lbs of pressure for a few hours before taking it off during my lunch break.

This is a great device, much better than the cheap ones you get elsewhere
